Ref Centre

1. All games will be assigned on Ref Centre. Referees are asked to keep their availability up to date and to accept or decline game offers within 24 hours

Arrival

2. Referees are required to arrive at the field at least 20 minutes before your first kick off. Parking will be difficult at the festival due to the amount of vehicles attending. Please schedule enough time in case you have a long walk from your vehicle to the field.

Game ball

3. The home team will provide you with a game ball.

4. A size 4 game ball is used for all games at under 8 to under 12. A size 5 ball is used for under 13.

Game sheet

5. Each team manager will provide you with a game sheet. Complete the game sheet after the game and when you return home take a photograph or scan of the game sheet and upload them to Ref Centre as instructed. You must upload the game sheets within 24 hours of the game.

Game length

6. Please see the table below for the length of each game

Under 8	1 half of 25 minutes
Under 9	1 half of 25 minutes
Under 10	2 halves of 25 minutes
Under 11	2 halves of 25 minutes
Under 12	2 halves of 30 minutes
Under 13	2 halves of 30 minutes

6. The laws of the game for each age group can be found here

Under 8 and 9 play 5 v 5
Under 9 and 10 play 7 v 7
Under 12 and 13 play 9 v 9

Payment

7. Eastern Ontario Soccer will pay you your game fees with direct deposit. Payment is typically performed once per month on the 15th of each month. After processing payment should be delivered to your bank account within 10 days. To complete this process please send your banking details to EOS by completing the Direct Deposit Form found here

​Game cancellation process

If you need to cancel an Premier Soccer Festival game that you have already accepted please follow the following procedure

If the game is more than 48 hours away
1. Log into Ref Centre
2. Click on the Games button and select Schedule
3. Click on the link that says ''''decline game''''
 
If the game is less than 48 hours away but more than 24 hours away
1. Log into Ref Centre to find the details of the game including the game #
2. Send an email to Hassan at Hassoon@rogers.com
3. Please give full details on the game appointment that you wish to cancel
4. Check Ref Centre to ensure that you have been cancelled. If it still appears on your schedule on the day of the game please phone Hassan

If the game is less than 24 hours away
1. Log into Ref Centre to find the details of the game including the game #
2. Phone Hassan on this # 613 790-4000
3. Leave a message if Hassan is not available including full details on the game appointment that you wish to cancel
4. Check Ref Centre regularly to ensure that you have been cancelled.
